The Gordian Growth & Income Fund specializes in securing value-add real estate for income-producing rental properties. We pride ourselves on providing a niche opportunity for investors, to build passive income AND growing that income over time.
We buy distressed real estate, remodel to add immediate value and rent these properties in opportunistic geographic areas. Ultimately, we employ a unique buy-and-hold strategy with housing in workforce driven communities.

We effectively strategize, acquire, remodel and manage rentals within the Gordian Growth & Income Fund. We self-manage our properties with a priority on profitable performance over time. To support our long term real estate strategy, we have also created secondary sources of income that contribute to the growth of the fund.

REMODEL & DESIGN
Our construction and design crews work to efficiently deliver our homes in a timely manner. Aesthetically conscious with quality execution, our goal is to create desirable homes at a profitable margin.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
With our dedicated leasing team, quick turn-around times and finding trustworthy tenants is our specialty. We build relationships to ensure low turnover rates for secure income. Our team is dedicated to keeping occupancy rates high and stable.

Our goal is to help efficiently fix up homes and small apartment flats, providing the agility and resources needed to remodel and rent these properties in a meaningful way to support neighborhoods.
