  • Take care to find the right tenants, prioritizing low turnover (on average, 3.5+ years)

  • Very low vacancy rates (our average is 95%+ occupied)

  • Stable collections in all economic cycles over decades (98% + on average)

4. Generate monthly income for partners

  • Gordian’s goal is to provide monthly dividends

  • We plan on increasing the value of these dividends over time
